2/13/25 Fundraiser - Day & Evening

 

Our annual SSCM Gala is a fun and meaningful way for our school community to celebrate and raise funds for our students. There are several ways you can get involved:

Party Planning

Join the team that brings the evening to life. Help plan the theme, decorations, and event details. This role involves meeting with other volunteers in the months leading up to the gala and coordinating with vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Raffle Basket Team

Help gather and assemble raffle baskets! You’ll work with a team to:

  • Request donations from local businesses and families

  • Decide which items go best together

  • Assemble the baskets before the event
    Item gathering will begin a few months in advance, with final basket assembly taking place a couple of weeks before the gala.

Day-Of Event Help

Be part of the on-the-ground team that makes the night happen. We’ll need volunteers to:

  • Decorate the venue

  • Staff the check-in/check-out table

  • Help with clean-up the morning after the event
